The establishment of Optima Energy Far East Pte Ltd in Singapore, Optima Energy Asia Ltd in Hong Kong and the branch office in Sri Lanka allows Optima to expand and develop in Asia in line with the group’s desire to be a globally competitive player.
The aim of Optima Energy Asia is to link the Group’s trading activities in Europe and Africa to the rapidly emerging markets of Asia.
Investment projects and shipping opportunities in the region have lead to a rapid expansion of business and, in conjunction with Optima Energy SA, the Singapore office is now involved in all types of crude oil and oil product trading.
